"Breakfast not included. Parking not included. My room was 81 degrees and a.c. not working. Maintenance came at 11 at night to fix. No fridge in room or microwave. And squeal would go off through out the night from the pipes. "

"Staff was nice. Checked in online as requested but when I showed up, the front desk manager told me that it doesn’t transfer to their system. Ever. So don’t bother. Then, we are notified that they won’t be serving breakfast. That would be fine if we hadn’t chosen a hotel that did so. They stated we don’t pay for breakfast since it was free. That’s correct but some folks see that they have free breakfast online and choose that one over the next due to cost savings. Don’t put it on your site that breakfast is included if you aren’t serving any. The bigger issue was the fact they had no snacks available. They had a few drinks you could purchase but not even a snack machine. "

"The lock on my door was broken and the iron was broken. However, the room was spotless, the staff were kind and professional, and I didn’t have to leave the hotel for dinner. I would stay here again. "
