"I only interacted with a couple staff members but theybwere very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well kept. I did not partake of the pool, hot tub of gym but the parts of the hotel i saw were clean."

"Overall clean and spacious apartment style room. The only drawbacks are the lack of amenities and not in a walkable area, you’ll have to Uber or drive to access local stores and restaurants. Great value and would stay again next time I’m in Austin! "

"For the price range, this is a nice hotel. The rooms are cleaner than some of the other places in the area, and the breakfast buffet was nice. Few minor inconveniences, like walls & ceilings so thin you can hear people laughing/yelling/coughing/stomping above and behind you. You can hear people in other rooms across the hall, too. However, there was plenty of parking, spacious elevators, clean bathrooms, and we saw zero bugs. Also, this hotel is within walking distance of the Tanger Outlet Mall with very nice stores very close. We were originally placed in a room on the 4th floor. Upon walking in, it smelled musty & was a bit humid, not to mention next to a room with very loud kids you could hear from the hallway. We asked for another room, and they placed us on the other side of the noisy room (so, 2 rooms away from where we just were). I immediately asked for another room again that would not be that close & finally we were given a different room on a different floor. All things considered, this for me is a 9 out of 10 stars. I’m very grateful to have had somewhere nice to stay for the price we paid. "

"First room AC not working. We had to repack and move to another room. It was right above the bar and pool area. The music didn't go off until after 11:00 even though no one at the pool which was unheated. Hot tub was out of order also. Overall a disappointment."

"Very close to the airport. A basic, no-frills hotel, with a basic breakfast (the same every day). Clean."

"Awful place, DO NOT STAY. It was NOTHING like the photos, it was old, run down, and dirty. We checked in less than 3 hours after check-in was available, and were told that they overbooked the king size bed we wanted and were given 2 queens. I asked if we could have a discount, since that's not what I booked, and they said yes, and never did it. I contacted them after the stay, and they said they would not offer a discount. The fixtures were wobbly, the room smelled, there were no utensils to eat the snacks we bought at the lobby with. The fridge wasn't working, and the AC wasn't cold. Please avoid like the plague. I even contacted Expedia, and they didn't do a thing either. Save yourself."
