“Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. “Unser Mobilhome war sehr neu und alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Türen haben beim Schließen ein bisschen geklemmt. Es gab sogar ein Willkommenspaket für unseren Hund. Check in und Check out hat super geklappt. Für die Kinder gab's sogar Gummibärchen zum Abschied. Der Park liegt direkt an der Bucht, wobei aber keine Möglichkeit zumBaden besteht. Zum Strand mussten wir mit dem Auto fahren, was aber kein Problem war. Wer direkt dort parken möchte muss mit saftigen Parkgebühren rechnen (3 Std....

“The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers.”
