Staff is very sweet.
Breakfast was good .
They have a timer for air conditioning. Which is a great thing , but when it stops at night it gets hot . There should be atleast a fan that is on through .
Specially for someone trying to beat jet lag.
The construction about the property is still going on , but it doesn’t stop you from walking around . It’s just not pretty . But that’s not in control of the hotel.
I’m sure once the constructions are done it will be good .
Rooms are big and nice .
The bath tub class divider should be bigger so that water doesn’t spill all over the washroom.
We felt safe and secure and that’s what’s most important.
They are working on adding more fun things like sauna etc .

Room was not ready at check and it seemed to be an issue with other guests. I'd advise arriving an hour later than check in time. Once in, the room was clean and functional. Good shower and comfortable bed.
Breakfast was excellent. Staff were helpful.

Perfect location, friendly staff. Room had dust under the radiator and caulk in the shower had mold. As did the windowsill in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. No view out the Windows and hall way was pitch black until you walked a few feet into it. Slept well. Appreciated the ceiling fan and AC.

"We selected this hotel, because it is very close to the train station. Also walkable to the center of Antwerp. Overall our stay was very good and we had a spacious room. Some remarks. Toilet at ground level is very badly maintained. Safe in room did not work. The shower did not drain well."
