Schimmel überall, Wasserflecken an den Wänden, ein Waschbecken ohne Abflussrohr, eine nicht abschließbare Tür, Gestank und dreckige Bettwäsche/Handtücher waren nur ein Teil des Übels. Vor dem Fenster des Zimmers befindet sich ein Lautsprecher, wo von 6 bis 23 Uhr Werbung dröhnte - 20 Sekunden Geschrei, eine Minute ein Kirchenlied, NONSTOP. Das war kaum auszuhalten. Das Personal war maximal lustlos, fühlte mich eher als Störenfried. Als ich dem Personal mitteilte, dass in meinem Zimmer Wasser auf dem Boden steht (als ich von einer Stadtbesichtigung zurückkam), wurde widerwillig gewischt - allerdings nur vordergründig. Unter und hinter dem Bett sammelte sich das Wasser.
