El precio respecto de los servicios recibidos es bastante elevado si se compara con otros hoteles ,5 estrellas los cuales ofrecen por ejemplo : sauna, jacuzzi, spa. "Muy mala experiencia, teniendo confirmacion y reserva por mail de hotels.com , al llegar a pucon, llame para informar que llegaria mas tarde de lo informado y me dicen del hotel que mi reserva no existia y que ellos no trabajan con hotels.com. llame para que me solucionaran el problema, hable mas de 10 veces y aprox 4 horas con hotels.com y no tuve solucion. Quede con mi familia en pucon abandonado sin posibilidad de ir a otro hotel o cabaña ya que estaba todo full. Tuvimos que dormir la prinera...

"The Great Pyrenees dog, Dalí, greeting me at my car wagging his tail and walked me to the door. The receptionist was efficient, funny and super helpful. The hotel arranged a great horse ride for me and recommended a fantastic hot springs. Aldo they washed and folded a load of laundry for me. The breakfast is huge and very good. The people are warm and laid back. The building and view of the lake are phenomenal. The bathrooms big and modern. The pool is pretty big it was winter so I didn’t swim or ask to use the hot tub or sauna. It was a wonderful experience and I’ll be bank! You should go! Don’t hesitate to stay here; it’s awesome."
