Lovely staff, nice and clean rooms. The city view advertised is not all that great but the area around the hotel was quite nice so this wasn't a big deal. The luggage storage area was a big help for my group so really appreciated them having a facility for that!

Good, central location. Weird TV - speaker was in the bathroom and we couldn’t figure out how to change it. Had to leave the bathroom door open to hear the tv. Coffee wasn’t replenished daily. Only one package every two days. Would have loved a tub after long days walking (not just a shower). Free continental breakfast would have been nice too (for the price). But overall nice place and would it visit again.

Courteous and friendly staff. Checking in online was convenient and easy. Our rooms although a bit small was updated and super clean. We loved that this hotel is within walking distance of the sites we wanted to see. Also if you wanted to use the bus or rail this hotel is in close proximity to both. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to London!

Safe property I was unaware that the keys turn on lights and air. Also, I paid for a late check out and my keys were disabled prior to that time. When I came in I almost urinated on myself waiting to have keys activated. Disappointing stay.

My friend and I stayed here for 9 nights. It was in a great location. Only a 10 minute walk to the London eye and had a bus stop only mètres from the front door and a tube station only about a 2 minute walk away. The room was standard hotel size (not overly large) but had a kitchenette which was very handy with a Sainsburys just downstairs. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, printing out a lengthy document for us. There is a guest laundry with the washing machines free to use but payment required for the dryer. The staff frequently changed towels and linen and restocked kitchen necessities including coffee pods. There is a gym and restaurant, but we used neither of these so can’t comment. Would definitely stay here again.

This is now our go to hotel in London. Good prices very convenient to both Lambeth North and Waterloo underground. Sainsbury downstairs. Free washing machines. Big rooms with lovely big bathrooms. We will be back. Have tried loads of places around London and this is the best. Great views of the trains.
