"Staff was awesome. The room was adequate, but the floor was dirty. Air-conditioning worked great and the bed was comfortable. I was a little surprised that the bathroom door had a notch cut out of it so that you could close the bathroom door without hitting the toilet."

"Room had recently been upgraded. Very nice. Great walkability to the London Bridge and lake walk! Only issue was the room next to us had very loud party 1AM. We called about it and then more noise at 2:30. Spring Break!"

"The picture of my room i booked were not what I got by far. This place is so run down it was terrible. The hallways smelt like burnt popcorn and nasty feet. The carpets were stained on the hallway and my room carpets were worse. Found a piece of a crack pipe in my sheets. I travel extensively and this by far was one of the worst places Ive ever seen. They sent me to a room someone was already staying in. Any of the previous reviews that said it was clean is lying. I would avoid this place at all costs "

"The beds were clean and comfortable, and overall the rooms are clean, but you can tell the place is old when the doors are worn and paints are chipped. The bathtubs feel old. The floor is not that clean. But staff is friendly and the waffle breakfast and swimming pool are great."

"The room itself was very nice and clean, and the breakfast area was also well maintained. One highlight was the fun pancake machine—definitely worth trying. However, there is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs, which could be inconvenient for some guests. While most areas were clean, the hallway carpet was in serious need of cleaning and stood out in contrast to the rest of the property. On the plus side, the parking lot was clean, well lit, and the location offered easy walking access to nearby attractions."
