Bed sheets were dirty, and the blinds in my room 16 would not open so even in the afternoon the room was dark. No-one on site to make complaint to and I was only there for one night so I just got on with it. Should have been a hotel and the location is excellent
I had a fabulous few days in London. My room at Upper Berkeley Hotel was small but perfectly formed. The hotel is in a fantastic location and a great place to get out into the city using public transport. Great value for money, safe, clean and convenient.
Really helpful staff on check in when we called, very cozy room with all the essentials. Best part this week during the heatwave was the A/C which we had to turn off at some points because it got too cold. Only negative was there was a little rubbish down the side of the bed by the window
The hotel staff went above and beyond for us. We needed to extend our stay by a day at the last minute, and they were just a phone call away ready to help us work out a solution. They made everything as easy as it could be. The area and hotel felt safe for two female travelers. Check-in and checkout were easy. The rooms were small but tidy, clean, and comfortable.
Was a bit concerned as it was 'remote' management, and I did have an issue with my electronic check in but instant response to the bell by the machine and all fine, just as quick and easy as if a hotel reception. Clean, nice shower and well located for my needs.
Reasonably priced, for London, within 100m of Marble Arch. Not keen on automated entry/check in, but it is what it is. Very clean and modern, rooms a bit snug, couldn't easily negotiate past the end of double bed! Would definitely use again.

Generally the room was clean, Aircon was very good. No staff on site.
Room was very small, shower was tiny, the double bed was more of a 3/4 bed.
Clean. Comfortable. Fairly basic. But all I needed for a short stay in London when hardly in my room! No interaction with anyone as check in/entry/check out is all automated.

Great location, plenty of great eating options right outside and close to transport options.
Property was just ok, not overly clean but not overly dirty. Hair dryer in bathroom was useless but staff promptly responded to message and delivered a replacement one to the room the next day.
Pillows very thin and only one pillow per person, adding some more pillows and quality pillows would make a huge difference.
No door on the bedroom and aircon worked ok in first room but didn’t do so much for the second bedroom.
Self check in worked fine for us but we had to assist an elderly gentleman checking in a few days later who was struggling.
For the price it was ok, just don’t have high expectations and you’ll be fine.
Rooms were clean and nicely arranged, staff was friendly and responsive to any messages I had sent and requests I had for necessities in the room. I’d stay here again!

The room was perfect for a quick stay and in the perfect location for trains and shopping. The room I had probably needs a bit of a touch up with paint peeling. The self check in and check out was great and very easy to use. Over all for the price and location I can over look these blemishes in the paint. If I come back to London I hope there is a room free.
Initially thought I would be I. For a good stay. Shower was on the small side however the room was clean and tidy. Had a working fridge and kettle. Only one usb port functioned. Plenty of tea made available. On the last morning the water was off. I had enough in the kettle for 1/2 a cup of tea. Contacted the hotel but mo effort made to ensure I had facilities ro have a shower on such a hot weekend.no offers of compensation made.
Clean & good size room. Comfy bed. Took a couple of attempts to use the check in machine, had difficulty scanning my id. Room was easy to find once checked in. Lots of emails received prior to check in with various bits of information, would've been a lot better (& saved a lot of time finding the email with the door code) if only one email sent with all information needed.
Great location, close to tube station. Would definitely stay here again.
Small but clean room and comfy bed. Air condition and small refrigerator was a plus. Great walkable area. Plenty of shopping and dining options. Would stay here again.
