This property is rather small but satisfactory for the needs of most travelers. The staff shows to be extremely helpful and the property is conveniently located to transportation links. This is our second stay and would stay again.

Lovely place, the bathroom is a little small, but overall, everything is good! Friendly staff and clean! Also, the breakfast they give in the bag with lots of variety of food.

If you want a place to sleep that's clean and a good value, this is a good choice. Two blocks from Paddington and two blocks fron Lancaster Gate Central Line stop, on a nice street. A no-frills place with no lobby or any other amenities, but very comfortable beds.

Not bad for the price

Great location, clean. We opted for triple rooms on a business trip and stayed one person per room. The beds are comfortable and even if the hotel is by a main road it was very quiet at night and I slept very well. Good coffee, tea facilities in the room and lots of places to ear nearby. The hotel does need renovating but is acceptable for a night or two business trip on a budget.

Trevligt budgethotell. Wifi funkade inte på rummen och hårda sängar, annars överlag bra. Frukostpåse varje morgon med samma innehåll, blev enformigt men var ändå väl tilltaget.

They gave me a bag of food as breakfast, but its quality was very low and it shouldn't be called breakfast. I got really disappointed and this hotel is overpriced. The location is very good.

One night in Paddington

Room small no table/chair and no lift in hotel but this is typical of small hotels in Sussex Gardens and more than adequate for a one or two night stay. Good value for money. Comfortable bed. The hotel will allow you to store luggage after check out for the rest of the day which is really helpful for a further days activity before leaving London. Lots of pubs bars and restaurants nearby and very handy for transport links.

Classic old London hotel with narrow staircase and small rooms. Wonderfully close to paddington station and Hyde park. But lack of a bath fan in such a cramped space was really unpleasant. Also the bag breakfast was ok but it’s time to go back to buffet style.

Hotel trés bien situé, a 3 min a pied de la gare de paddington. Hotel anglais typique. Salle de bain trés petite mais fonctionelle. Petit dejeuner a emporter uniquement, a recuperer a la reception et a prendre dans la chambre. pas de salle commune. Litterie plutot confortable, chambres famille dispo. A recommander si vous cherchez un bon rapport qualité / prix / emplacement.

Budget hotel that’s good enough if for a night/2.

Very average hotel in the Paddington area, but most of them are to be fair. If you’re looking for a decent enough budget place then this place is fine. No elevator, no AC, no iron-ironing board. But the room was quiet enough.
