Short leisure break

Excellent smooth check in very professional staff. Breakfast very good choice and standard and extremely comfortable bed. It was really good to have a walk innshower too. I would definately stay again.

The hotel was very clean. The gym and the pool facilities were nice too. Vishva was so lovely in assisting my wife and I with breakfast in the morning given our personal circumstances. She had shown true empathy which is key to great customer service and we really appreciate it!

It was a really nice hotel and experience. Bed was uber comfortable, noise level low. The corridor did have a slight carpet smell. Would advice that maybe something be done about it but inside the room and else where was great. Restaurant was really good and breakfast was excellent, would not mind if they were syrup options at the coffee machine for some extra variety and touch. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

Had a pool, which the kids enjoyed, located close to the rail line which was fantastic. Breakfast was standard nothing special, just usual, be good to have a variety of egg, only had scrambled eggs, no fried or boiled. But as I said adequate food

Friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were a good size, the spa was a nice addition. Staff at breakfast ushered us to our seats and explained what was at each breakfast section. Upon booking in, everything was explained clearly, was a lovely experience start to finish.

Enjoyed our stay, great breakfast buffet quality of all the food was high. Pleasant front of house staff made a good impression and despite the area being under construction, it was interesting and promising for the future. Clean rooms and nice warm pool, sauna and steam rooms. Would consider a return sometime.

Overall the hotel was an excellent experience. It was close to the train which made traveling into the city easier. It is far out from most London restaurants but again the train being so close made it easy to get around. The staff was always available to assist with anything when needed. The bar however was closed during our stay but luckily the restaurant was open with a bar.
