Highly recommended! I had a wonderful stay. The property is in a great location and everything matches the description perfectly. What made it even better was the staff – everyone was so kind, welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The best location, the place is clean and nice and breakfast is so delicious. The lady who is in the morning is the best, helpful, friendly and always willing to share with you any advice or suggestions. Definitely a great experience here.

Lovely hotel in a brilliant location just a five-minute walk from Paddington station. Rooms are large and the showers/toilets are well maintained and cleaned. The staff are always on hand and some of the loveliest people I have come across - they went above and beyond at every turn.

It's a small, minimalistic, old hostel. It has everything one basically needs-just the basics for staying in a city. It has its own charm and isn't luxurious, but I wasn't expecting luxury anyway. The place was clean and well kept, apart from an odd smell here and there. The breakfast was great, and the staff member working there was super friendly and helpful. Plus, after checking out, I was able to leave my heavy luggage and use the toilet and shower anytime during the day.

All of the staff very friendly and helpfull. Rooms basic, but perfectly clean. Sufficient number of shared bathrooms and seperate toilets, so never had to wait. All small, but again very clean. Good english breakfast served. The location is great, a few steps from Paddington station!

Staff are really friendly and helpful. It was no problem to leave my suitcase and pick it up later. Room was basic - as advertised - but excellent for the price. Had a balcony overlooking Sussex Gardens street. The bathrooms are shared, and quite small, but clean, new and fully functional. I will stay here again.

Everything was clean. There is breakfast. Staff was great. They clean the rooms all the time. The bathrooms are shared with other customers and are situated outside of the rooms in the halls, and I never had an issue. For the price, it cant be beat in this city.

This hotel may be basic and no frills but it is very clean and great value for money. The staff were very helpful and the cooked breakfast was very good. Room was not en-suite but sink in room, no TV but wifi was good so could stream netflix etc. Overall great for a short trip to London.

Good location for visiting Regents and Hyde park etc. Comfortable and clean room, twin beds and quiet. The room we stayed in was as described basic with a sink. We had a fan which was helpful as it was a very hot night The included breakfast was a bonus. It consisted of 2 eggs and 2 bacon, bowl of cornflakes, orange juice, pot of tea and 2 slices of white toast with strawberry jam and marmalade per person. Friendly staff and close to food shops to buy fruit and yogurts and an evening snack.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — it’s only about a 5-minute walk from Hyde Park and Paddington Station, making it very convenient for exploring London and getting around easily. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel comfortable and were always ready to assist with any questions or requests. We booked Bluedaws Hotel for our trip to London for two nights between 20th and 22nd September. We booked a family room for a group of 5.We went early on Sunday to drop our luggage where Nimko was helpful. We returned late Sunday evening whereby we were welcomed with a warm sincere smile of a young gentleman by the name of Prem who was ever so delighted to offer his assistance and explained everything to us. Prem was extremely helpful in bringing us a kettle, teabags, milk and cups to our room as well as extra towels.The following morning we went down for breakfast where we were welcomed by lovely members of staff who had the breakfast tables all laid out. We were offered tea, coffee, toast, eggs, bacon as well as a selection of cereals. The tables had a selection of jams available.At Bluedaws Hotel the breakfast which is inclusive is truly a 5 star experience.We were offered tea and coffee to our rooms after breakfast also, which was extremely generous.The following evening Prem greeted us on our return and was all too happy to assist us with whatever we needed on our room.Overall our experience at Bluedaws Hotel was exceptional. The location is fantastic as it is about 3 to 4 minutes away from Paddington station and Hyde Park.The hotel is very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel as the ideal and best option in terms of ticking all the boxes which include amazing price, delicious breakfast to set your day, central location, great service, good hygiene and cleanliness.

The breakfast was table service not full buffet but it was okay for free breakfast. The lady at check-in was very helpful. She checked us in early so i had more time to sleep. She was also very helpful and lovely to chat to. She went out of her way to find another room that was free that was able to check-in early. Very happy with her customer service
