Several issues. 1) there was nobody there when I checked in. Only by chance was another flat getting a delivery, so I managed to get into the building. 2) the studio is in the basement, with thr underground running right beneath. You could hear/feel it every few minutes. I wouldn't have booked had this been made clear. 3) the iron and other facilities were not good enough. 4) nobody ever replies when you send a mesaage. 5) the lift was out of order, as were the lights in the hallway, meaning I needed to lug my suitcase up the stairs in the dark.
