We had an nice experience at the citizenm hotel, the rooms were clean and the ipads were easy and also fun to use. The staff are really friendly and explained everything nicely and understanding to us. Overall i am happy and wohls recommend it aswell.

Very unique and clever property. Great location near Victoria station and walking distance to beautiful St James park and many of the main tourist attractions. We were delighted with the modern room which had everything we needed and a very cool system controlled by iPad. It was quiet for sleeping but fun and bustling in the lobby during the day. Staff was lovely.
