이돈주고여기올꺼면 1~2만원 더내고 다른곳 가세오

짐보관 서비스 해준다 해놓고 절대 안해줌. 하우스키핑 안함. 수건 한사람 당 하나뿐. 침대가 쾌쾌하고 불쾌해서 이불은 덮은적도 없고 오히려 이불위에 직접가져온 수건깔고 누워잠. 침대2개랑 엑스트라침대 1개방 예약했는데 지들맘대로 침대2개방 줘서 정중하게 우리가 예약한방 달라고했는데 ㅈㄴ짜증내면서 지하방줌. 숙소방에서 냄새오짐. 에어컨없고 바람도 잘안통함. 직원매너없음. 영어못하는직원도있음. 화장실냄새나고 곰팡이 껴있음. 좋앗던건 그나마 교통편.집앞에 24번버스다녀서 어디든 나가기 진짜편했음

Thankfully I am ok with just having a bed to sleep in at night, but for the average traveler this place may make you want to run the other way. Walls were filthy, water from the toilet leak on the bathroom floor, shower door broken, no door knob on the bathroom door, and damage to the bottom of bathroom door. Again we stayed and didnt complain becuase we just wanted a bed for the night and this fulfilled that, however the edge of the matress is really worn down from everyone using it as a seat. If you are looking for a budget friendly place and not too picky this is the place for you, if you would rather not question what is going on in the rooms around keep looking.

When we checked in were offered anotheroom apparently nicer in another property 12 mins walk. We took it as we felt the reason was our room was not ready even at 4pm. The room we had we entered through someones kitchen, the bathroom was unclean with empty bottles, half drunk bottle of water

The room was disgusting and filthy. Matrress was old and springs stuck in back. No air in room. Door was fire door but not adjusted so heavy and dangerous. Could lose fingers. Left case there for £5 cash as needed to vacate room by 10.30am. They were left in reception area and when i collected was not acknowledged or checked who i was so could have been anyone taking it. Staff not interested. Too many issues to list here. Location was good though but stay somewhere else there!!!!!

I would not stay here. Too small and hot! Had to buy a fan for the room since the hotel didn’t provide one. One “make shift” bed was broken . The toilet seat was broken . The shower door handle was broken. I mentioned all this to the receptionist but he didn’t care. He said he will get someone to fix the issues. After three days…nothing got fixed. He even barred me from using the public restroom. This hotel is so terrible!! Truthfully it isn’t a hotel. It’s a small room in a building. Upon checking out I didn’t want to leave my new fan in the room so I gave it to the nice man who ran the market down the street. He was very happy.

No lock on bedroom door, was promised it would be fixed but it wasn't. Bed base was completely broken with dirty washing supporting the mattress.... my back was so sore. I asked for the bed to be fixed or another room but the request was denied. I dont expect perfection but a working bed and door lock i do expect.

The worst rooms in a hotel with no ventilation. Bathroom/Toilet doors cannot be locked from inside!!! Terrible cleaning. No cupboards to keep clothes!!! No lift which was fine but do recommend to have one. Overall terrible place to stay. Not recommended. Example of hole in bathroom door is submitted.

We reserved 2 rooms for one night, and was appropriate for the rate. Safe neighborhood, rooms were clean, no bugs. I would recommend to stay on a lower floor as no A/C, no screens on the windows, no elevator. We stayed on the 4th floor and was super hot so had to leave the windows open (mosquitos and birds). Water pressure in pipes was very loud on 4th floor, not on the 3rd floor where our second room was. Staff was very friendly. I would be ok to stay again, for one night only not longer.

Ended up booking into another hotel as the place was incredibly run down with a lock that I couldn’t trust as it took several attempts from the receptionist to manage to get it to lock on exiting the room (the barrel was rotating in the lock). The state of the room was also very run down.

We are surprised that Expedia listed this property on their website. The hotel's rooms are not safe—the walls near the bed and the radiator are full of mold, which can be harmful to breathe. The beds are very uncomfortable, the rooms are too small, and there is no air conditioning, no Wi-Fi, and no customer service. The bathrooms are in poor condition; water remains in the washbasin and standing shower. The washbasin is extremely small, measuring only 8 by 6 inches, like a child's toy. We have pictures to share as evidence. There is no space in the room or bathroom to store personal belongings. We would never recommend this hotel to anyone, even if they offered a free stay." Avoid this place at all cost the beds are invested with bed bugs we had to leave asit was invested with them and when we told the man he said yeah i know all the rooms are the same. The plug was ripped of the wall the hotel was filthy there was washing and rubbish just left in the hall way

This.... Was not great. The cost was great for the area but really not worth it. The room had the following issues. Bed, the sheet didn't really fit so when I moved during the night, the sheet pulled up and I ended up sleeping on the mattress. Directly on the mattress. No hygiene mattress protector or anything. Given that the duvet cover was stained, the sheets and pillow cases were also stained WITH OLD BLOOD DROPS, this left me feeling a bit grotty. Single towel, small in size. Cheap toilet paper (like cheapest single ply possible). Cant get into the shower without being in the bedroom itself as the door opens into the tiny bathroom and there was NO space. The shower itself, the drain was so slow that even after a few minutes, the shower tray was full. I thought it would flood over. There was no bathmat so the floor in the bathroom itself ended up swimming. The bathroom was so small I practically had to sit sideways on the toilet as it was right up against the wall. The walls are so thin that I could hear the room next door all night. Honestly, this is one, if not the worst, place I have ever stayed, anywhere, ever.

Desde un comienzo la bienvenida del recepcionista pésima, desagradable y apático. Al momento de realizar el check in, nos queria entregar una habitación al lado de la recepción con colchones en las parades y otros elementos que no deberían estar en una habitación. Me negue a recibir esta. Luego me otorga la habitación 9. Dicha habitación tenia la puerta con un golpe de puño, los colchones y las camas llenas de hongos y ropa de cama en mal estado, baño pasado a humedad, todo muy sucio en la habitacion que deba asco estar ahi, volví a ir a recepción, le expliqué a la señorita del aseo y le explico al mismo recepcionista apático que subieron a la habitacion, vieron el estado y comentaron en su idioma nativo( de algún pais del medioriente). Me dijo luego en ingles que no era un hotel 5 estrellas a lo cual yo le refute que lo tenia absolutamente claro, pero no podía estar durmiendo en esas condiciones pauperrimas. Me dijo que iba hacer el último cambio. Nos dirigeron a la otra habitación "más limpia" pero en la noche salieron insectos que me picaron parte de mi cuerpo. Fui nuevamente a recepción a que por favor fueran a desinfectar la habitación. La ultima noche no dormí. Fue una estancia muy desagradable en Londres. Se debería poner mas énfasis en este hotel, ya que las condiciones realmente fueron malas.
