London theatre trip

The hotel was dirty, we asked to move rooms because the sink was broken and blocked, the room we were move too the air conditioning was broken, the bed was damaged(we have photos) the were on the ground floor and the windows didn’t lock room was dirty and the breakfast was a plate of bead to toast and on our last day we were asked to leave the hotel early as we were informed the hotel was closing down that day and the bank was for closings on them so we had to leave by 12, all in all one of the worst stets we have had on through hotels.com

The hotel was nothing like an “upscale hotel” Dirty, damaged and needs a lot of work done. Looks nothing like the photos advertised. And what’s with the big holes cut out of the windows?! Would never stay there again

It is much more worse than you could dream.

I have stayed in some dives in third world countries, but pretty sure the Cranley may have been the worse ever for me. Too many issues to list, but the promo photos are far from accurate and I wish I taken some of my own to update with. Still, the WiFi worked fine.

Chambres délabrées, wc qui ne fonctionnent pas, humidité dans la chambre, literie pas changée, service de chambre inexistant. Après s’être plains, nous avons eu une autre chambre légèrement mieux mais avec de l’humidité au sol, pas de clé de chambre. La literie n’as sûrement pas été changée entre les Clients précédents et nous. Des paquets de cigarettes traînaient dans la chambre. Lavabo bouché

Avoid avoid avoid

Where to begin? Dirty, shabby, staff with bad attitude, awful breakfast, bad plumbing, no internet and they do not have a restaurant as advertised. This hotel should not be open. It’s like Fawlty Towers with the laughs. The only positive was that we bonded with our co residents as to how awful it was.

This hotel is a run down , dirty and nobody gives a dam about standards . Please remove it from your website as it is false advertising as is just ripping people off .

This was left in the bathroom on arrival one towel between two people and the bed was not made up.

Great location. Everything else is terrible.

Nice quiet street along from Gloucester road. We were on top floor, stairs carpet is a trip hazard. Room looks nothing like the photos. Very hot even with window open and a/c not working. Taps leak in basin. Toilet not clean. Basin does not drain. Curtains don't fit and falling off rail. Breakfast. Fine if you like instant coffee, cheapest white bread, processed cheese wrapped slices. Margarine not butter. No fruit or yoghurt.

The Property was nice from the outside. Seating area outside could have been tidier. Rubbish and cigarette ends. Had to ask for Towels no glasses to drink out off. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Bathroom was alright apart from the brown stain in the bath. Unable to open the windows need some attention paint wise. Furniture outdated and broken no handle on one draw and no bottom in another. Breakfast was a disappointment not what i call Continental Breakfast.

DES VOLEURS - c'est un scam!

Pire hôtel de ma vie. Du jamais vu. C'est bien simple mon mari et moi même n'avons pas pu y passer plus de 5 minutes. J'attends un retour de l'équipe d'hotels.com avant de signaler cet "hôtel" aux autorités de santé publique. Des tâches partout sur le sol, des draps sales, plein de poils et de taches, des rideaux déchirés et sales, des serviettes de toilettes déchirées, des bed bugs sous le matelas, des pochons de drogue sous le lit, des éclaboussures aux murs, des portes qui ne ferment pas, les lumières de la chambre qui ne fonctionnent pas et j'en passe! C'est bien simple, ce lieu est une fraude, les photos sont mensongères, retouchées, l'équipement listé est inexistant, c'est une honte qu' hotels.com continue de collaborer avec cet hotel après les nombreuses plaintes déposées par les clients. Ils sont PLUS qu'au courant de ce qu'il se passe là-bas mais décident de continuer à voler l'argent des gens puisqu'il n'est pas possible d'être remboursé. Je précise que bien qu'étant membre "GOLD" hotels.com avec plus de 80 nuits réservées avec le site en quelques mois, et étant enceinte de plus de 6 mois; hotels.com nous a laissés À LA RUE à Londres après nous avoir promis de nous envoyer une solution de relogement qui n'est jamais arrivée. des heures de discussions avec eux pendant 3 jours pour rien du tout. Je ne vais pas en rester là, c'est une certitude.

Leider war das Personal überhaupt nicht an seinen Gästen interessiert und wirkte fast schon gelangweilt. Die Einrichtung ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und könnte an der einen oder anderen Stelle renoviert werden. Schade war auch, dass das Frühstück ein totaler Reinfall war. Allerdings war die Lage ganz schön und nicht weit entfernt von der Untergrund Station.
