Amazing location. Everything you need for a longer stay (washer in room, kitchen, great location with tube stations nearby). Extended my stay twice and the hosts were incredibly helpful with everything I needed. Stayed for 2 weeks and was great! Highly recommend.

For a central base close to everything we wanted to go to and still get a good night's sleep it was perfect. Would definitely come back again in the future.

Excellent location and communication from the hosts. It’s a small room, so best for one, or two at a squeeze. If you’re a light sleeper though I wouldn’t recommend as there is some noise from the street and neighboring apartments. Overall a good place for a short stay in a convenient location.

The room was meticulously cleaned up, the shower room was not clogged, kitchen equipment was amazing. It’s one of the wonderful stay I’ve ever experienced.

Room was clean but coffee machine was broke. And I couldn’t contact with manager. They didn’t answer my message. The bed sheet is polyester, so in that hot days it was like sleeping on the sun. Also they said they will take garbage and they didn’t. But all overall it was not a bad experience. It could be better.

Apartment was very clean, easy to communicate with staff online, great location. The apartment we had was extremely small. The listing on hotels.com apparently showed other units (that looked larger) but no pictures of what our unit would be like, so we were surprised when we arrived. Bed was an oversized twin mattress so best to be cozy with your traveling companion. Size of apartment and size of bed are my only negatives.

Lovely room and great location. Lots of restaurants and pubs/bars around. If you don’t like stairs, that’s the only negative.

Great location and apartment. Noisy between 2am and 3am but earplugs will sort that. Definitely needed though as there are young people (not unreasonably) having a good time outside. Location and apartment itself are excellent. Good comms from company. Note: check out is 10am.

The small studio was an ideal accommodation for one person. Though compact, it perfectly met my needs with a nice large window and all the essentials—kitchen, shower, and TV. Being on the first floor made it easy to access with light suitcases. The location is great, close to various restaurants, and public transport options like the tube and bus are within easy reach. The studio was clean and quiet overall, though it's worth noting that dogs are allowed, which meant there was some barking from a nearby room. This didn’t bother me, but it might be a consideration for others.

Konumu mükemmel! Notting Hill Gate, Bayswater ve Queensway metro istasyonlarına 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Sakin, güvenli bir bölgede. Oda büyüklüğü güzel. Sadece temizlik sıklığı arttırılsa çok iyi olur. Temizlik için süpürge bulunmadığı için kendimiz de yapamadık. Mutfak güzel, kahve makinası, fırın ve ocağı kullandık.

After 3 nights stay, I decided to extend my stay in the the small studio for two more nights. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience on the first evening that led me to leave the place altogether --- A BROWN MOUSE zipped back and forth from under the sink to under the bed multiple times, which was quite alarming. Concerned, I contacted management for assistance. While they offered another rooms (adjacent to the small studio, sharing a wall with the kitchen, and one above), I was hesitant to stay in the same building given the circumstances. Ultimately, I chose to leave that very night for an alternative accommodations across town. When I left, there was a couple on the ground floor with two huge dogs and a party outside the place (from the hostel next door, loud people drinking). While I'm not sure if this was connected to the mouse incident, it added to the overall unsettling atmosphere. I am quite disappointed with management's decision not to offer a partial refund, especially considering the circumstances. It felt like they would rather fight the issue than acknowledge my concern, which is surprising for a business that values customer experience. Although I initially liked the studio, this experience has made it difficult for me to wholeheartedly recommend FiveM Notting Hill. I hope they take such matters more seriously in the future.

I absolutely adored this property - the location was amazing, and it had all the amenities I needed. The room was gorgeous and equipped with all I needed to make it home. Even the towels were nice and soft, As a solo traveller, it was a great way to start my journey, being close to Bayswater Station. It was also up the street from Kensington Gardens, so I was able to have the most lovely evening walks! There were some minor issues though; the main one being there is no luggage storage. This was the first time I’ve heard of a hotel not doing that, and it was incredibly frustrating to have to find somewhere to keep my luggage before check in and after check out, and pay out of pocket for it. The other issue for me was the check out time being 10am, which was early, especially considering there was no luggage storage. There is no cleaning, which I honestly don’t mind - I like having my space to myself. That does bring up another issue; I was in a front room with these gorgeous big windows, but the privacy curtains (sheer) and frosted glass still made me feel quite exposed, so I ended up keeping the curtains closed the whole time. It would have been nice to have the privacy curtains go the whole length of the window so I could still have that light. Also, and this has become too common with hotels; shampoo but no conditioner :(. These minor complaints aside, it’s a lovely place that I do recommend!
