"It’s an older property but if you go in knowing that, then you’ll enjoy your stay. We found it quaint and the staff was so pleasant and professional, as well as helpful. We had a great time in London and the Grange Beauchamp is in such a great location…near the theaters, restaurants, Museum, and within walking distance to so many things! "

"We were bumped by the Grange Blooms hotel into their less attractive but nearby sister hotel, the Grange Whitehall. Great location, but a very average hotel, falling apart a bit."

"The Grange Lancaster was shut and we had no information about this on the website. On arrival, the only information was a tiny notice on the entrance of the hotel redirecting us to another of the grange hotels. On arrival at that hotel, there was no record of our booking and was directed to a third hotel within the chain. We spent over an hour after a long journey trying to check in. We were finally given a room with the bedside lamps dangling off the wall and a very filthy carpet. It was a...
