Quite venue despite its size and location-
Room comfortable-
Breakfast has a wide variety to offer-
good location with Paddington and tube station-
gym is nice-
The only downside was the shower gel and shampoo bottle either empty or not working.
Everything went really smoothly. The hotel was really busy with 600 check-in when we arrived. However, it ran really smoothly. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The food was excellent at breakfast and it was right next to the tube for easy travel.
