Ms. Abegail on the front desk was so nice and helpful during check-in and also in helping me to extend my stay. She represented the hotel impeccably and I was so impressed. The room was super quiet and clean, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again due to its proximity to Hatton Cross tube station and Heathrow Airport. Thank you Ms. Abegail!
