I chose the smallest room for 1 night and it was very reasonably priced. Although small it included kettle, fridge, storage, safe, great fan, hair dryer. Private Toilet and sink were clean and all was functional. I found the location preferable to a much more expensive airport hotel as it is so near to the tube and took less time to get to terminal 5 than a hotel shuttle would.

The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, the staff were really lovely and warm and welcoming, it's very near local amenities and transport, spotlessly clean room and the hotel itself was immaculate, shower/toilet room was also great, I'd never know it was a shared area, as it took was a beautifully clean and well maintained area...it's clear that time and thought goes into this property , will happily recommend

It's a really good little guest house location and car park wise, clean inside. I have used it a number of times. However, on my last occasion, I had a room on the ground floor and up until 2:30am there was loud banging and lots of noise and even the smell of smoking inside coming into my room. A real shame... although I have read other reviews that had similar bad experience on the ground floor.
