Quiet surroundings. Welcome & check in was friendly and efficient. The room was clean, and uncluttered making unpacking easy. Same with the reverse when it was time to go. The beds & pillows are extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, fresh foods offered for every dietary need. The table staff were welcoming and always seemed to know when we needed more coffee or water. Looking forward to next time I visit London.

The only reason I didn’t give a 5 was because I thought the breakfast seemed underwhelming. I didn’t really enjoy the scrambled eggs. Turkey Sausage was ok. Honestly would still highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast is not a super priority for me but if it is for you, don’t expect fabulous. The staff are absolutely amazing!
