Cool hotel find, brilliant location and very friendly staff. We took the Thames Clipper to Battersea for Glide by Boots ice skating (and I give Boots and mention as it's a great rink) with a trail by the river. Enjoying the sights from the water was perfect on such a bright sunny day? The sunlight picked out all the gold on the landmarks and statues. Staff were so attentive, joining the Hilton rewards gives extra touches.

First night arrived in London, finding my way to Canary Wharf. Couldn't believe how beautiful and comfy the hotel is (compared to the one I slept in Venice, Italy). Great services, both attitude of the receptionists and service of breakfast. You should have breakfast at the hotel. It is comfy and relaxing!

Amazing!

Treated myself to a relaxing staycation and the hotel was really amazing. The room was spacious and on a very hot day in London to come into a wonderfully airconditoned room was bliss. The spa and gym was also great, I can’t fault it. Would recommend and definitely come back to stay.

Fantastic hotel, great location

Stayed here for a couple of nights with my family while visiting some family and having a couple of days in London. Excellent hotel, away from the chaos of the centre, great transport links, lots of restaurants in the area due to its proximity to Canary Wharf and the hotel itself had lots it amenities. The service in the hotel was excellent, they even gave my daughter a little box of chocolates for easter. Would definitely stay here again.

Accidentally booked an accessible room, telephone in room didn’t work, fridge didn’t work & coffee machine had a jammed pod inside it so couldn’t use. Staff were friendly, swimming pool lovely, air con was amazing.

Beautiful spacious room, friendly staff who put in extra effort! Bed a bit firm but that’s down to personal preference, lovely super king though! Good location and really nicely presented. Swimming pool great though a little cold!
