First night arrived in London, finding my way to Canary Wharf. Couldn't believe how beautiful and comfy the hotel is (compared to the one I slept in Venice, Italy). Great services, both attitude of the receptionists and service of breakfast. You should have breakfast at the hotel. It is comfy and relaxing!

Amazing!

Treated myself to a relaxing staycation and the hotel was really amazing. The room was spacious and on a very hot day in London to come into a wonderfully airconditoned room was bliss. The spa and gym was also great, I can’t fault it. Would recommend and definitely come back to stay.

Accidentally booked an accessible room, telephone in room didn’t work, fridge didn’t work & coffee machine had a jammed pod inside it so couldn’t use. Staff were friendly, swimming pool lovely, air con was amazing.

Fantastic hotel, great location

Stayed here for a couple of nights with my family while visiting some family and having a couple of days in London. Excellent hotel, away from the chaos of the centre, great transport links, lots of restaurants in the area due to its proximity to Canary Wharf and the hotel itself had lots it amenities. The service in the hotel was excellent, they even gave my daughter a little box of chocolates for easter. Would definitely stay here again.

We checked in on Christmas Eve and were really pleased with how clean and tidy everything was. Our twin room on the 11th floor was spotless, comfortable, and check‑in was smooth. A decent view of the city. Later that evening we ordered room service — the food was delicious. I had fish and chips and my daughter had a burger, and we both enjoyed our meals. The beds were extremely comfortable and I slept very well. Only issue was the TV, which had very few channels to watch. On Christmas Day we went down for breakfast. There was plenty of choice, including pancakes, although mine were unfortunately cold. Everything else was lovely, and a special thank you to the chef who offered me some very spicy pepper sauce to go with my mackerel — a great personal touch. We also used the pool, steam room and sauna. The front desk staff were welcoming, and the facilities were clean, tidy, and quiet, which made the experience even better. I had requested a late checkout several times via chat, email and at check‑in, hoping for something closer to 4pm as we had a local dinner reservation and the hotel wasn’t very busy on Christmas Day. We were kindly given a 2pm checkout, which we appreciated, but it still left us sitting in reception for two hours. Overall 10/10
