"Good central location very close to Russell Square tube station. The hotel provides great value and high standard of accommodation. However, our stay coincided with a high Sunmer temperatures in London and the bedrooms have no air conditioning, although a fan was provided, but this inadequate.
During the booking process there was no reference to there being no AC in the bedrooms.
I’d recommend this hotel but not during June through August."
"Peaceful and comfortable. Never heard a single plane from in our room despite being at a busy airport terminal. Would not know you were at an airport from inside the hotel. Ideally located with very easy access to terminal and associated ground transport, such as rail and underground lines."
"Staff were helpful. Beds were super comfy and bedding high quality.
However my room was very small and was dark. Zero view from window.
The corridors were particularly dark and dingy.
Just felt a brighten up in decor was needed!

"A lovely stay for a business event. Great location, super close to Tate Britain. The room was cosy, think it would have felt tight with two people. Nice mirror/sink/getting ready area and big wardrobe space. The breakfast wasn’t good although I eat everything. It didn’t taste fresh and the layout was poor. It was also very busy in the breakfast area that was the only time I didn’t feel like I was the only person in the hotel! The gym could be better but did the job!"
"Basically perfect for sleeping. Even during a massive heatwave, the pod is cool and dark. The importance of this can not be overstated :').
The only negative is that it's somewhat awkward to manage luggage. If I hadn't been visiting London on the back of a 3 week trip and had had my usual light carry-on for business travel, this would have been no issue."
