It was really nice. The kitchen has all that I needed. There are 3 groceries really near. It has laundry machine and 2 bathrooms.

Nice little flat

Generously sized flat for a small family, with easy access to bus transportation and other amenities. It is located one block off a main road and over a casino. Two full with bedrooms with ample closet space & comfortable beds plus a small pull out couch. The complex has a secure main access with a manned desk during business hours & weekend days. Host was very acccommodating to allow us to drop bags early before check in. There is a lift/elevator to acess the units which is a great benefit. UK King bed is not the same as US King. The bed is comfortable, just not a US King size. The unit was second floor, windows are thin and don't close completely so street noise is evident. Weekends and holiday, there was significant street noise from sirens, bars, loud cars etc. AC is a couple portable units which require open windows to vent so this allows all street noise in. Most nights it was a dull hum of a busy city but one night in particular was very active.

Overpriced and uncomfortable

Unfortunately the pictures make it look better than it is! The location is pretty good, in that it is near Hyde Park, and pretty close to central London, however, it is also above a casino (in the same building)! Furthermore, the communication was terrible, we had difficulty getting a hold of them. There are NOT 2 bathrooms as advertised, only one bathroom and a closet that holds a toilet. Also the lights would continuously turn off in the "bathrooms" for no reason. Lastly, and the main reason for the poor review, is the beds. The "large" main bed is no where near a King as advertised! It closer to a double! Also the "double" pull out bed in the living room is closer to a crib sized trundle! Lastly, to call the mattress comfortable, would be an assault to uncomfortable mattress everywhere! Please invest in some decent mattresses! Thus, the price does not equal the stay, and is vastly overpriced!

The photos look a lot nicer than the actual flat. To be clear, we had seven people and were looking for something super affordable, which of course comes with trade-offs. If you are looking for a clean bed WITHOUT all the thrills and frills and also want a low-cost option, then this is a decent choice. Everything about this flat is very dated and built with very low-quality materials. Even some of the mattresses were old and saggy, but clean. Be careful locking one of the bathroom doors, as you can get locked in! On a positive note, the host was very responsive, and we really needed the unit to have three discrete bedrooms, which was a plus and a must for us. Again, for the price point and having three bedrooms with enough beds, we really can't complain. NOTE: You only get one (1) key for the flat, which will make it a challenge if you have a lot of people in your group.

The people across the street sat outside late at night until early morning, making a LOT of noise and there were a lot of extremely loud motorcycles that made it difficult to sleep

Muy mal la experiencia, pasamos mucho frío las ventanas no ajustan,y entraba un aire que nos helaba , somos 6 y es para 4 personas, no teníamos sabanas para el sofá y solo una manta y manchada dormimos muy mal en ese sofá sin ni siquiera una sábana, no volvería para nada, ni lo aconsejo. Ah y solo 4 toallas para 6.
