We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The room was clean, roomy and bright. Great shower. We used the lounge spaces in the lobby a couple of times and it was very close to stores, restaurants and transportation. Would stay again.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. The room is comfortable with the bed being one I found particularly restful. Appreciate the restaurant being there for convenience sake after a long day. Would stay here again, especially for the convenience of being near the district line (West Brampton) close to the city.

We had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was nice. The hotel is walking distance from the nearby underground station. Also a bus stop is located just in front of the hotel. Hotel staffs were helpful.

A great hotel. Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. The shower was awesome. The reception and bar were very nice with comfortable seating. All the staff were excellent and very friendly. Location wise, it's very close to the West Brompton tube station and the Earls Court station is 10 minutes walk. Overall we had a fantastic stay there.

Second stay here, the most comfortable beds I’ve ever stay in. Parking is only for 2 days though. So can’t stay longer than 2 nights seems a shame. Overall still my favourite hotel.

The room was extremely clean, nice decoration, cosy with a fantastic bathroom. Staff was friendly, helpful and not judgemental even after I locked myself out and I had to get another key, just so kind and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic so much choice, it was delicious. Fantastic stay and would definitely recommend and stay agin. This hotel had a really pleasant ambiance ( seatings and decorations). Parking is available at a cost but cheaper than parking in the surroundings area- would recommend using this facility also.
