Such a clean a well kept hotel, feels very luxurious and all the staff are fantastically presented, very welcoming and after staying here numerous times over the years they are quick to recognise you and have time for a friendly chat. Rooms are beautiful and the little bar with the shaker is such a nice touch. Would really recommend staying here!

Room was absolutely spotless and smelt amazing. Comfortable bed, great coffee. Loved the fragrance sample. Also loved the fact that I could connect my phone to the tv and not have to download the stupid Samsung app. Gym was amazing and well equipped. Staff were nice. Also great location from Euston and Covent Garden….tube was 1 minute away. I’ll definitely be back.
