Staff were welcoming and helpful, it was my sons birthday, they had put some ballons and 2 cakes in the room, a really nice and warm touch. Hotel is in a nice and quiet area, set back from road and with the lovely Battesea Park right opposite, yet its only a 6 minute walk to Battersea Power Station and the Underground which is only 6 stops to the West End. Nice pool and sauna too.
