I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is centrally located, and the room spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were excellent, in particular, Kevin who assisted us with anything we needed. We will be staying here again, as we will be returning frequently. I highly recommend this hotel

The room is not convenient, one side of the bed is too close to the wall, in the bathroom we couldn't hang two towels, just one. By the way, our room was not cleaned and we stayed for three nights in the same room

This was a very convenient hotel to stay close to Paddington Station. Very walkable. This area had a lot of Lebanese restaurants. Walk out a bit further for othwr options!! Staff was very kind and helpful!

Excellent location. Easy acces to metro. Hop on hop off bus just across street was a big plus. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was SMALL, If you have a full size lugage will be complicated. Thankfully we only had carry on. But place was modern and perfect for our 3 day visit to London

The room was small, the bathroom was curved and had to sit sideways on the toilet. Very unusual. The breakfast is "cold" not a hot breakfast (i.e. croissants, breads, fruits) and it was the same thing every day. Not worth the extra cost. The hotel is in a good area and plenty of dining options and transportation with bus or metro.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The only slight negative was the size of the room. It’s small giving two people little room to move around. That said, it’s a city and rooms tend to be small. And we didn’t spend much time in the room.

The Hop-On/Hop-Off bus picked up right across the street, and the hotel was close to Paddington Station. Some staffers were friendlier than others. My daughter woke up with a bite after a quick nap in the bed. There was also blood on the mattress when we inspected (should've done that when we checked in but we were both wiped out). We didn't see a bedbug, but the signs all point to that.

Room was on the smaller side, but was fine as we were out most of the time. Easy to get to and from city centre using underground.
