ピカデリーラインのアールズコート駅が最寄りなので、ヒースロー空港からのアクセスがよく駅には大型のエレベーターもあって、重いスーツケースがあってもストレスフリーでした。 宿泊した部屋は日当たりがとても良い部屋で、窓が開けられるので朝は気持ちが良かったです。また、毎日清掃が入るので疲れて帰ってきてもいつも気持ちよく過ごせました。 キッチンの包丁が5本もありますが、どれも全く切れないので困りました。付属の鍋は２つありますが、蓋と合ったものがないことにも驚きました。 全体に、とても良かったのでリピートしたいと思っています

The hotel staff were very kind and very helpful. The rooms were always kept clean. It was safe and the restaurants in the area were excellent and tasty. However, there were days when I couldn't sleep because of the construction noise early in the morning. I would like to use this hotel again next time.

We stayed here with three people. Location was great. Rooms were clean. Minor issue with shower (shower head broken), otherwise the rooms was good. I would stay again.
