We had a room that felt like it was away from everyone and was huge. We loved the free gin and tonic and use of the spa. Yhe dpa itself was glorious.The bathroom was great and the shower was brilliant. The beds were comfy and all the amenities were fantatstic. Staff were friendly ans helpful. We have stayed at harbour hotels before and are trying a different place next time.

Best place to go after a Proposal

The stay was just after I had proposed to my partner and the hotel went above and beyond; upgrading our bedroom, our Spa Treatment and being genuinely excited for our day; it really made the entire weekend magical. Could not recommend enough.

The location on Richmond Park and near the Thames and loads of restaurants and shops is perfect. The pool was much larger than expected, perfect for lane swimming. Bike hire nearby on the river opposite the boat venue is great.
