We had a lovely stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, clean and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and modern amenities. This is a gem of a hotel situated right on Lower Marsh. There are excellent dining options right outside the front door and the hotel is just a couple of minutes walk from Waterloo. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and I highly enjoyed my stay.

I had a fantastic stay here! The location is superb, with plenty of amazing restaurants and bars within walking distance. The underground station just in the corner, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Lovely first stay. Unique and quirky rooms, not for everyone. Toilet and Shower is in the room, glass walls, there is a curtain - but it might be uncomfortable for friends sharing a room. Sink is in the room, which is fine, but it does splash and drip on to the floor as the edge isn't wide enough to hold a towel, and the towel rail sits under the sink, so was a little slippy. Great, clean and easy option if you're near Waterloo and commuting.

Great staff & lovely vibe. Brilliant location. Only criticism would be slightly small room & very soft bed, which sadly when you have a back condition isn’t great. Superb breakfast & bar service.
