This hotel is by far the best for staying in London - in London! Car park Close to Turnham Green tube - district Food accessibility Chiswick high road is fantastic But the key is the staff at the hotel! Absolutely epic people I’ve been staying here for nearly 20 years 👌👌👌

My room 101 was recently renovated ,but it was small . They are doing renovations and the scaffolding is still on the outside of the building, but is now been taking down after 4 months . The breakfast was full English breakfast at a cost of £11.95. The staff was exceptional. Would stay there again.

Lovely room, clean and super easy check in. Despite being in the middle of a heat wave, aircon not switched on in the room. Hot Breakfast was cold sadly, but okay selection on everything else. Will be back soon.

Secure parking reserved with name. Reception being renovated but disruption for guests kept to minimum. Reception staff helpful with travel plans due to tube strike. Room was large and clean - looked freshly redecorated. Breakfast was plentiful with choice and hot although bacon and hash browns were a little hard. Good location with underground 9 minute walk.

Our double room was very clean and recently renovated but it was the smallest hotel room we've ever stayed in, even smaller than those of Easy Hotel and Ibis Budget, with a double bed pushed up against the wall and the minimum space to walk around. That said, the hotel was clean throughout, despite undergoing renovation work, the staff were very helpful and there was a good choice of options at the very reasonably priced breakfast. It was not disclosed when we booked, that the hotel was undergoing major works and would be surrounded by scaffold with work starting quite early outside. Parking behind the hotel (chargeable) was useful although there was plenty of free parking in nearby streets on a Sunday.
