Nice and quaint hotel. It was in a good, safe area and not far from Victoria Station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and spacious. Had all the necessities I needed: toiletries, towels, coffee maker etc.

Pleasantly surprised for what is a budget option. Safe and quiet, I booked for work purposes as a single female and this was perfect. Rooms are well set up and facilities great (shower was excellent). Staff were really friendly. Really recommend.

About a five minute walk from Victoria Station, which is what we wanted. Great little hotel. Good price and rooms comfortable. Was on 4th floor and no lift, so wouldn't be good for someone with a disability.Nice breakfast tor an extra 7.50. Would stay again.

The stay was very pleasant. The hotel is 6 min walk from the major subway station: Victoria Station. Location is excellent. Very clean. Staff is friendly. Minor thing: the room was very small and did not have a lot of storage options. Management should hang more hooks and shelves. Overall, we enjoyed the stay very much.

The hotel was in a good location and close to a major tube station and bus station. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. The luggage storage was convenient. We were able to leave our bags before checking in and after check out so we could explore London while waiting on our flights. The staff was very helpful and kind.
