O hotel precisa de reforma nos banheiros, é muito antigo, não passa sensação de aconchego, no quarto também precisa de cores sofisticada, a peseira da cama muito feia, precisa trocar, o quarto e banheiros estavam limpo, mas tinha cheiro de velho ou mofo não sei, mas no café nada a reclamar.

Decepcionante

Decepcionante, minha namorada veio me visitar, ficou não mais que 45 minutos no quarto comigo e me cobraram quase 90,00 por isso, ou seja, um extra como se ela fosse dormir aqui, o motivo por eles foi que eu não li que eram somente permitidos 15 minutos a visita e não os avisei no balcão quando ela chegou, mas ao mesmo tempo eles não me ligaram dentro dos 15 minutos para me alertar, me senti lesado, do jeito que foi dado a notícia nos sentimos constrangidos, a atendente foi educada mas o jeito que foi colocado a situação foi muito desconfortável e deselegante, minha namorada se sentiu tão ofendida e sem graça que nem quis mais voltar para o hotel, eles poderiam ter ligado dentro dos 15 minutos que ela chegou, da seguinte maneira: “ Sr temos uma política de saber quem entra ou sai do hotel, vimos que sua amiga subiu com o senhor, vocês poderiam comparecer a recepção do para darmos entrada dele no hotel ? “, ao invés disso paguei quase 90,00 nunca mais volto e não recomendo o hotel, me senti lesado é muito ofendido, já que tive que pagar, tenho direito de dizer o que aconteceu.

Hotel parou no tempo, precisa de reformas

Experiência razoável devido a simpatia e atenção de TODOS os colaboradores; café da manhã muito bom. O hotel é antigo e precisa passar por reformas, a cama é extremamente "mole", o que causou um desconforto muito grande em mim e minha esposa; o elevador é da idade do hotel e passa uma grande insegurança em seu uso; os funcionários, como já disse, são nota 1000.
