"Dirty, stains on carpet/walks, hair and crumbs in bed. Employee vaping in elevator. Breakfast buffet service bad, items running out, trash over flowing, tables not cleaned etc. Would never stay here again."

"The old guy at the front is horrible. Customer service is horrible. The restroom dirt dirt all around the toilet brown rust."

"There was no employee at front desk when we tried to check in. I had to call the hotel to have the employee come to the front desk. Once he arrived, he was very friendly and professional. The room met our needs for a one night stay and was affordable"

"No ventilation in the bathroom, so upon every shower the whole hotel room was full of condensation. Metal was rusted, floor was gross. Stains on bedding"

"Check in was pretty straight forward.. we found our room and noticed the door had to be wiggled to unlock /lock .. once inside it looked good on the surface .. but some things were noticed .. the air vent in the bathroom was hanging .. the balcony door had to be forced to open , this door didn’t latch . There was a pipe in the bottom track to hold it closed . Most of the outlets were missing covers . There wasn’t any usb outlets .. the tvs would turn on but they didn’t show anything. I did speak with the host after check in but nothing was resolved during our stay"

"I am e budget traveler. I look for value. That means that sometimes I get a great deal and other times I don't. This was a mixed bag. The receptionist was great. The room was older. There was a big bug in my room, but hey, this is Texas and that will happen. It's no longer in that room."
