โThe room was clean and offered a lovely view, which made for a pleasant stay. However, the breakfast selection was quite basic, and the quality and taste left much to be desired. For dinner, the restaurant menu was limited in variety, but the dishes we tried were flavorful and well-prepared.

โEverything was great except the owners have somehow shrunk the bath towels, they look more like hand towels now, not good for a slightly larger man lolโ
โI was met with a very engaging owner who showed me through the hotel. My room was small but very clean with a comfortable bed and efficient heating. Bathroom was a shared bathroom but was very clean and plenty of hot water and large 'fluffy' towels. The evening meal was very tasty and there was not a long waiting time for the meal. Very helpful and friendly staff. A beautiful country hotel and I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.โ
โWe love the Quest at Ballarat Station. it is a welcome stopping off point when we are travelling to Melbourne from interstate. We know we can rest comfortably and have a good night sleep.
Ballarat has lots to offer and it means we don't hit Melbourne at the end of a long day travelling to face peak hour traffic. โ
โA lovely property with a spacious room, comfy bed and a big bathroom. Its right across the street from Ballerat train stn and it was easy to walk everywhere. The restaurant attached to the hotel, is called Lola and was wonderful. Great atmosphere, delicious food and customer service team were fantastic! โ
โAmazing experience from check in to check out. Staff are incredible. Location is fantastic, so close to the main attractions of Ballarat. Rooms are generous and well appointed for a single night or many weeks. I will stay here again! Absolutely amazing experience. โ
โBathroom was clean and shower area newly renovated. Staff was very friendly and helpful, lent us a connector when mine did not work. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.โ
โWhat a great historical hotel in the heart of Ballarat. The room was up to date and the staff was helpful with our luggage. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious and the service excellent. There was no problem with parking on site, especially upon our late night return from the Sovereign Hill Aura event. โ
โHelpful, friendly and knowledgable staff. Was away with work so the indoor pool, spa and sauna was amazing after a hard day. Only issue was bed was a bit lumpy and too much light coming thru windows at nightโ
