"We were very pleased with this hotel and its location. Only drawback was that everything had to be done electronically as there was not a live person to help. Some of us are not tech savvy and can become frustrated with not being able to talk with someone in person. That being said the people who answered the help line were very good."

"It was a great property with the only main downside of not having ramps for rolling in luggage at other doors other than the front. So….if you park close to your room entrance, you can’t roll the cart in. The cleaning crew was very attentive throughout the hotel."

"The room was classic Adirondack and very comfortable. The restaurant food was plentiful and excellent. The owners are top notch customer service providers. I highly recommend and I am not one who ever bothers to do these surveys but just felt compelled because of how wonderful this stay was. Support this small business!!"

"The space was perfect for our needs. The mini fridge in the room was very handy, and the shared kitchenette space was a nice touch. We really enjoyed the mix of vintage and new! The room was right out of central casting, but updated with a really nice shower and sink and TV availability. It was super close to the downtown of Saranac Lake, and we could walk to a nice hike."
