"Hotel is clean, staff are friendly, food is amazing and different every day. It helps that a bus outside the hotel goes to The Old Town every 15 minutes. Hotel has everything you need and we were greeted with chocolates at check-in as it was Easter weekend. We will definitely be returning again."

"We had the most fantastic stay at Rixos! We came to celebrate my husbands 40th which we were welcomed with Prosecco and cake in the room to celebrate. We stayed in the Spa suite (incredible!!!) From arrival you are greeted with a glass of fizz or orange juice. The service is amazing, breakfast is so fresh and lovely. We didn’t eat at the hotel but feel it would have been great if we did. Highly recommend visiting the city walls at 5pm before they close to avoid business, and then take a cable car up to the panorama restaurant. Honestly can’t wait to come back, it’s been one of our favourite places to visit! P.s- book the sea view- you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Rixos!!!!"

"We stayed for two nights as a family and had a wonderful experience. The two connecting rooms were perfect for traveling with younger kids, giving us both space and convenience. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of great options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay."

"Beautiful hotel with sea views. Some views are slightly obstructed but still have sea views. Staff are extremely attentive but unfortunately the food was constantly quite cold and so reparative. The rooms are very nice and we had a bath as well as a shower. Plenty of storage space. Nice size balcony. A few restaurants surround the hotel but some were still shut until 1st May. Easy to travel to Dubrovnik and Cavtat either by sea taxi or bus. Other boat trips available too from just outside the hotel. Beautiful little walk to a gorgeous beach with extra bars/restaurants. Small shop next to hotel but very limited stock. Shopping mall approx 15/20 mins walk. Supermarket it there as well as pharmacy and other shops. Would definitely return."

The staff are so friendly and helpful, so much to choose from for breakfast, everything is fresh. Would highly recommend the Dubrovnik palace, such a wonderful hotel we didn’t want to leave, cannot wait to return. "
