We live an hour from Quincy. We had several medical appts lined up and stayed overnight to facilitate that. We have stayed here more than once before, but I always forget that they don't have a microwave in the rooms. Be aware of that. There were full trash cans and old dishes from room service near our room the entire time we were there. I reported it in the evening and everything was still there the next morning. Not a real good look!

Recently renovated hotel was spotlessly clean with a warm welcome from the staff when we pulled up during a snow storm. Cheap renovation with builders grade furnishings but delightful ambiance regardless. Would return.

When circumstances arose that made me arrive late for my reservation, the staff at this hotel was understanding and accomaditing. The room was clean and comfortable and the conplimentary breakfast was excellent. Food was fresh and offered a wide variety. The attendant kept the area stocked and clean. I highly recommend this facility!

We booked one night here for what we thought would be a day trip to Nauvoo. Way too much to see in just one day so we extended our stay another night. Not only was the room clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but the staff quickly took my tablet computer to the post office and shipped it home to me after I got back to chicago and realized it was missing!!!

Our expectations were low when we pulled into the hotel, it wasn’t the best looking from the outside. Checking in the staff was amazing and very helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable. Because of our stay, a friend and his family stayed the next night. We would definitely stay there again.

Alpa was very kind and helpful to us. Helped us find an available room in anther hotel when this one was booked solid and we needed to stay another night.
Also, my wife forgot her special travel pillow there, and when I told Alpa about it, she said she would ship it back to my house, and let me use my credit card to pay her back for the postage. She didn't ask for a dime for all the time and trouble of doing it.
And cheerfully got me the extra towels my long haired wife and daughter needed,...
