โThis place isn't the Hilton BUT it is a great, honest, clean and convenient place for anyone looking to stay. The staff left you alone but were available if needed, the location is amazing, the noise is minimal and the rooms are comfortable and homely. We would happily stay here again if we return to Lorne. โI had read the reviews regarding cleanliness. However our room was very clean. The surfaces were clean. Bathroom clean. And carpet was good. Very hot water. There was a bar heater and an air conditioner. Really for the money we were very pleasedโ
โImpromptu trip away and I absolutely couldn't resist booking this accommodation (we booked the tent). All the thoughtful details, from oil for the BBQ, to the salt & pepper, to the super warm electric blankets on the beds (100% needed), comfort is number 1 priority.
In Winter, be prepared for very cold temps - extra layers, ugg boots etc.

โCabin 9 was superb - spacious, clean, cosy. Comes with a bathtub. Heater was strong enough to make the place comfortable.
However staff were not responsive and couldnโt be contacted via text. โ
โGreat spot on the Great Ocean Road, would stay there again without hesitation. We were offered early check in (but werenโt in town to take advantage), staff were lovely and friendly, park has great facilities (laundry, pool, all kinds of kids activities), cabin has all we needed and is a good layout, plus Aireys Inlet is a lovely spot. โ
