The staff was so accommodating and kind. The breakfast each morning was so lovely and the stay was overall so quiet and I felt very safe! The parking being free was also a huge perk. Thats hard to find out here :) Thanks!
We got room #110. The room was clean, AC works good. The only window facing staircase, not good. No microwave in the room. A dealership next door in construction phase. Noise, dust, etc. Staff (Ivett) was friendly and helpful. Will I come back here? No.
Hotel room was ok, spacious room with all the facilities but breakfast area was horrible, there was wierd smell and the eggs were in same container as sausages, not much options as well. Would recommed having breakfast from else where

I am glad that we were able to provide you with good accommodations.My staff and I would like to extend our apologies to you for not meeting your expectations with regards to breakfast. We do keep the eggs and sausage in the same heating unit, but they remain separated by different containers. As for the variety of options, we would like to remind our guests that the Best Western Norwalk Inn is a hotel, and not a restaurant. While we do offer breakfast as an amenity, we do not have the facilities of a restaurant, nor can we provide the same level of options as a restaurant can. We do have a multitude of options for breakfast, such as: pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, chorizo sausage, cereal (3 types with at least 1 gluten free option), muffins, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, English muffins, coffee, tea, juices, milk, etc. Additionally, we also have stations to build your own breakfast sandwiches, yogurt parfait, and oatmeal breakfast bowl. However, there is a limit as to what a Hotel can offer for breakfast. We do appreciate our guests suggestions, and welcome them as we have found other viable options for variety for breakfast through guests before.I am thankful that your stay with us saw no issues other than with our breakfast. My experience was excellent easy to check in and out.
The only thing I was disappointed in was that my heater in the room was not working. It was very cold at night, didn't have enough covers in the bed to warm me up.
The front desk staff were incredibly nice. Super comfortable beds. Easy in and out to your rooms from the parking lot. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of options.
Unfortunately there was no hot water the whole time. Just lukewarm. The jets in the hot tub by the pool (freezing!) didn’t work which would have helped make up for the lack of hot water in the bathroom.
While I’m not upset about any of this because it was a casual reason we were visiting, if we needed to shower and get ready for an event, it would have been a real bummer and inconvenience. Would not chose to stay again.
