This property is closed. Orbitz has stolen my money, still trying to get a refund for a property that CLOSED for business before my stay.

might not be my first choice in future

Nothing special to say. Personally, for the price, I rather expected the parking would be included. The breakfast options were pricey. I would have been nice to have more than one towel in the room for a family of four, as the kids wanted to use the pool, but I get that they were crowded with a couple conferences and the playoffs.

This hotel let me do my reservation and charged my card for it. And guess what it’s PERMANENTLY CLOSED since idk when. We found out cause we went and there’s was a sign on the door saying it’s closed. Are you kidding me. This changed all my plans had no where to stay for those days we had to come home early because of this. It’s was the worst thing ever.

This hotel was CLOSED UP and didn't even bother to send out a message to the customers,expedia..nobody! We went to go check-in and there was no one there,signs were ripped up on the sides. I had my two small children with me who were exhausted after a long trip and now I suddenly had to find a new hotel at the last minute. EXPEDIA AND BEST WESTERN SHOULD COMMUNICATE SUCH CLOSINGS TO CUSTOMERS!!

We didn’t even get to stay here. When we showed up, the hotel was completely shut down and security told us they had closed two days ago. They did not call to let us know and have not refunded me my money. We were 10 hours away from home and did not have a place to stay.

This property is permanently CLOSED!!! Stop offering it as a reservable property. Imagine arriving after midnight after traveling all day, driving to your hotel at 1 AM and then it being closed and you needing to find another hotel at 2 AM with a toddler in your car!

Property was conveniently located close to drop off point for a cruise. Overall, the room was a bit noisy because of proximity to the street, but otherwise the stay was comfortable and the hotel was efficient.

Just ok

It was a good one. Only set back was housekeeping-you have to request the night before for room clean up and we did for the 3 nights but nobody came to clean our room. The good thing was we were supposed to stay 4 nights but we decided to leave a day earlier and they made it possible. We got refunded. Staffs were all nice and helpful. Probably need to really do thorough cleaning since the ice bucket in our room was really dirty. Limited toiletries- only 1 small shampoo and conditioner available.

The property itself was gorgeous. Parking was fine, and the location was great. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The wifi was not the strongest. The breakfast was pretty good with a good-sized dining area. Our biggest issue was being next to a Suite that had partygoers leaning out of their room all afternoon and evening. At 12am, 1am, then 1:30am, we were awakened by their shrill squeals and shrieks and laughter. There'd be a low murmur of talking, then sudden loud bursts of high-pitched sounds yanking us awake. Other hotels have noise ordinances posted in their rooms. We strongly urge this hotel to do the same...AND enforce it.

The hotel is not exactly what I have expected for a Best Western Plus. It was rather outdated, smells old and musty. Another downfall is that our building was not connected to the main building which means if we ever need anything in the middle of the night, you would need to walk in the dark and through the parking lot to get to the main building. Our shower makes weird thudding noise if the room above us is taking the shower which shows the sign of bad water pressure. I do like that the hotel was close to many stores and fast food places since the hotel is off the main road in San Pedro.

The hotel’s conveniently located near the highways and is surrounded by gas stations, convenient stores, and places to eat. The staff were very friendly and we definitely enjoyed the breakfast options. My only critique is that one of our bed sheets was stained; at first I thought it was blood, which freaked me out, but upon closer inspection it looked like some sort of paint or nail polish stain. The hotel was 15-20 mins away from everything we wanted to do, I would stay here again!

Great stay for us. The basics are great: large rooms, comfortable beds, clean, good shower, and the building has some flair which is nice. If you are nitpicky you could be very dissatisfied. There were a number of things not working, maintenance is a bit behind. Parking is $10 to be paid separately, which is ridiculous. In our case it was waved without asking because we had to wait a bit at check in.
