When we checked into our room we found roaches running around the kitchenette and bath areas. We went and got a spray can of Raid. We had to use it three times during our stay.
The bed sheet was badly stained, even a spot of a blood stain. When we reported it, room service came immediately and changed the bed. We appreciated such quick response.
The sink in the kitchen was clogged. We reported it in the late afternoon when we had checked in. We were not able to have it opened until 10:30am the next morning. The stoppage was extensive, involving the adjacent room.
We were surprised to find no kitchen items of any kind. We had to go and get everything to be able to use the expected amenities of an extended stay location.
We were just surprised at the number of significant problems found at check in.
