This is the WORST Hilton front desk service I've ever encountered in my whole life when staying among the Hilton hotels, Even I can feel a kind of discrimination, the male front desk server. NO greeting, NO saying " welcome to Hilton, how's your day?", NOT At all, it's such a terrible to meet such front desk guy after a long and tired trip to this hotel, Never expected such bad service in Pasadena, Parking not clarify should be Valets , and I pay every time, when in-and-out from their 3rd party parking behind ( but that's a sign is Hilton parking lot !!!), This Hotel facility is excellent like other Hilton, BUT NOT this front desk guys, both checking in and checking out , NOT Recommend !
