It was my second time staying there for a softball tournament first time I stayed there. I really like the area so I stayed there again and I really do like the area. I feel safe. I will definitely keep staying there for all my softball tournament.

I booked three rooms for a work trip due to the proximity to the site we were visiting in the morning. The hot water in all three showers didn't work, one of the microwaves didn't work, the coffee makers in the rooms were dirty, and there were stains on at least two on the couches. The included breakfast also only consists of coffee and granola bars; there wasn't even hot water for tea that we brought ourselves. Aside from this, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

First impression, scary looking building in a very loud rough area. It’s not the nice part of Ontario. It’s by chino. Customer service good. The gentleman open the door for me to go check in inside because it was freezing cold at 12am. We had a small service dog and it was no big deal to check in. The room was clean, but old with tagging on the mirror and missing tiles. I would recommend to stay here as a last resort. We had been traveling for 16 hours and just wanted sleep. In the morning (5am) the traffic was very loud from the street and the fwy. It was very hard to sleep.

Jacuzzi tub room and my go-to in Ontario!

The jacuzzi tub is amazing here and for the price it's well worth it. The room is also very spacious with couch and living area and separate shower as well as jacuzzi tub!! Very nice room and quiet location. Extremely helpful and courteous staff great job and I will stay here again!!

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and quiet. Great premium channels. Spacious room. I would give it 5 stars if the bed was more comfortable but everything else was great especially for the price.
