Excellent! Room was bigger than I expected by the pictures and the place is super cute. Staff were extremely cool and laid back and as a solo woman traveler I felt extremely safe(not always the case when I travel alone). Next time I'm in Los Angeles I'll be staying here.

I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free, and memorable stay.

Receptionist Andrea was so helpful & kind, her customers service skills were excellent.. only thing was the iron pad & chair in the room was very dirty in the room.

Clean and comfortable. Didn’t like the enclosed courtyard - it looks cool but I think open air would’ve been better, smelled the strong cleaning chemicals soon as you walked in. Had to change rooms to get an outside window. Which they did for no charge or hassle.
