This is my second time staying at a Moxy. I love this hotel chain….my only complaint would be not enough storage options in the rooms. Shelves could easily be placed around the sink. Hooks in the shower and toilet. Otherwise, we loved our stay. The staff was so friendly and nice. I would highly recommend.

We appreciated the comfy bed, the fresh towels, the free tickets to the Grammy Museum and the convenient location to public rail transit. However, our room on the 11th floor was located above the loud pool area (ask for a room higher up). Restaurant times didn't allow us to dine and then go out to other events in LA. Also, be aware of the additional incidental charges the Moxy adds to the room. We heard several people complaining about their final bill when we were checking in and checking out.

We couldn’t enjoy the pool as we wanted since every weekend there seems to be a private event. They’ll kick you out like you’re not a guest in the hotel. During weekdays pool closes at 4pm, no time to enjoy it. No microwave nor a fridge in the room also!

Very friendly front desk staff. The lobby always smelled amazing not sure what the secret was. I wish the room had a fridge. Hard to find ice machine and no bucket to gather the ice in once I found it. Good food choices and loved the coffe shop adjacent to the lobby
