In a sea of rundown motels — this place shines through. The rooms are very modern and clean. The area is filled with tons of local spots to enjoy and it’s perfect distance to metro station if you’re on foot.

The manager allows guests or travelers to stay for 28 nights. The rooms are large and newly remodeled with a king bed. The rooms are clean. The Air conditioning is good. The staff, employees, and maids are friendly and helpful. There are nearby liquor stores. There are plenty of small shops nearby.

The manager allows stays of 28 nights. The rooms are very clean because of excellent maid service. The staff and employees are very helpful and friendly. There are shops nearby. Parking is good. The tap water from the sink in the mini kitchen is too cloudy, which I didn't like. You can Google cloudy tap water, and it says that this tap water is safe to drink and use. I suggest using a water filter. This small motel is too noisy because of Garvey Ave in the City of El Monte and the cars.

Overall the property is in good condition, well maintained and extremely clean. For the location being on a busy street, it was very calm and quiet at night for a peaceful nights rest. There is a Starbucks, Jim’s Burgers, King Taco and Yum Yum donuts all within the same block and walking distance. I appreciated the crisp new linen and was very impressed with how modernized the room was. Would stay there again.
