Staff was nice but the tv didn’t work or the lights behind the bed and the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. When I called the front desk no one answered the phone. So we weren’t able you use any of those things during our one night stay.

The lobby, and elevator smelled like an Indian’s incense. The room was dark. Some of the outlets were not working proper and too much furniture in one room there was no room to even walk around. The parking is very small. I had the hardest time parking my car right next to the hotel. It’s a club people were in the street and they were loud and smoking. The staff were nice. The breakfast was just cheap coffee with very cheap toast and jam. I don’t think I’m gonna go there again.

I am very satisfied with the convenient property location especially for access to the Hollywood area. It was also convenient to a multitude of freeway on ramps. Free and secure off street parking. Probably best suited for those with own transport or prepared to pay for uber/lyfts to points of interest. Our host upon arrival was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Bed was really comfortable.

I really enjoyed the location. I truly appreciate how handicap accessible this hotel is, it made staying here in a wheelchair very easy and stress free. The complimentary breakfast was great. Definitely plan on coming back! Worth every penny.

The staff was the only good thing about this place. Very helpful. Place is terrible, beds are uncomfortable. Pillows are fat and small and couldn’t sleep all night. No handcream in the bathrooms to use after shower. Not even a towel rack. Breakfast is a joke. Bread and some cheap sweet stuff to go and no proper eggs or anything. Powder cream for milk for coffee or tea. Terrible over. Not worth the 200+ dollars per night.

The hotel had a nice location, near to everything we wanted to visit. What we did not like was that they did not make up the room and when we asked them to do, they only changed the towels in the bathroom but did not make up the bed.

Asked for different microwave but to my surprise they didn’t have one ,super disappointing ,considering I bought things to microwave ,also t.v had no Netflix excess but room was super clean loved the decor parking was tight could barely maneuver but would give it a 3 out of 5 breakfast terrible only toast and danish wth probably shouldn’t mention breakfast lol

The parking is located right outside the hotel & as for safety measures Hotel offers a keycard which not only works to unlock room but also to use elevator. Moreover the complimentary breakfast was extremely bland only having coffee, jam packets, & toast with what seemed to be apple and orange juice since nothing was labeled. Overall room was clean, lighting inside was very dim, restroom well organized offered a lot of towels, daily cleaning. View from window was also bland occasional loud nice from traffic. Around the hotel there is a Target which is about a five minute walk which was very convenient, a lot of bakeries & local street vendors as well. Overall would return. 6.5/10

It wasn’t a bad experience like I expected from other reviews but I do agree that the property could use a deep clean and updated amenities. The ice machine was broken and there was only one in the whole building. I found the room to be decent and the bed was comfortable

Whenever I stay at a Super 8, I look forward to the breakfast. Every Super 8 I stayed at had a waffle iron where you pour in the batter and make your own waffle. The Hollywood Super 8 had only two kinds of bread. No apples or oranges. The San Diego Super 8 is wonderful with two waffle irons, eggs and apples and/or oranges. Even liquid half and half for my coffee. The Hollywood Super 8 had only powdered creamers. Very disappointed.
